Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
When booking an appointment online, we require your full name, phone number and email address. Without providing these details we will not be able to confirm your appointment. We request an online deposit or full payment using a credit or debit card to secure the appointment. Where an online deposit is not required, we still reserve the right to contact you on the phone number provided and request a deposit be provided for any treatment. Refusal to adhere to such request may result in the appointment being cancelled and email notification will be issued to this effect.
Offline appointments
We accept appointment reservations on the telephone or in our clinic for future dates. We reserve the right & will charge a deposit of up to the full value of the services being reserved. Deposit values are entirely at our own discretion dependant upon the type of treatment reserved. Any transaction of this nature will be requested by a payment link if booked over the phone.
Modifications , Repairs & Extra-Time
There will be an additional charge for extra timed by the minute for any modifications you request to your service once the service has commenced and the modification affects part of the service already performed. Modifications include:

We will assist you with advice and suggestions, but decisions you make are your final decision. Extra time will be charged at a rate of £1 per minute.
we will endeavour to accommodate all reasonable modification requests, however modification requests may be denied dependant upon our availability and the time required to complete the modification without affecting our schedule.
We will repair any flaws to gel services free within 48 hours of your appointment. We will not repair damage for free if the damage has been caused by activities, & not followed our aftercare advice. Our aftercare advice can be found here. We reserve the right to use our own discretion to decide whether the damage was caused by any activities that are likely to cause nail damage and are contrary to our aftercare advice. In this situation, we will charge a rate of £3 per nail for gel polish repairs and £4 per nail for builder gel & gel overlay repairs.
Normal polish services have no guarantee from the time you leave SOLE Foot Clinic. You will receive aftercare advice both on our web pages and from us on how to avoid smudging after you leave the salon. We take no responsibility if this advice is not followed.
Any deviation from the requested colour choice will be fully chargeable. Should a request to change the colour of the product be required then this will be charged at our standard ‘extra time’ rate and is subject to availability.
An appointment will be required for any form of nail repair treatment. Any nail repair treatment will be subject to our availability on the day and our appointment schedule.
If you are not happy about the general standard of your service, you are welcome to attach photos to our E mail to provide clear evidence . We may ask you for more information to help me finalise a response to your complaint. Once we receive this information, our responses will be including, but not limited to, a full refund and an offer of a new service. The response you receive will be decided on a case by case basis, taking into account all the information provided by you, and will be entirely at our own discretion.
Accuracy of appointment details
When you book an appointment, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy prior to confirmation. SOLE Foot Clinic are not responsible for reservation errors including, but not limited to, dates/times and services booked. If you are unsure about anything you can contact us.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to request a deposit or full payment for any new booking made online, whether taken over the phone or in our clinic. We reserve the right to determine the size of these deposits on a case by case basis entirely at our own discretion. The size of the deposit can be anywhere up to 100% of the sales value of the services required. Deposits are non-refundable. If you change your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we will move your deposit to your new time. If you change or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your allocated time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain your deposit in full.
If for any reason SOLE needs to make modifications to your booked services – changes including, but not limited to, changing the date/time of your reservation or changing to a similar service – you have the option to reject the proposed change(s). We will then process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method.
If for any reason SOLE Foot Clinic cancels your service at any time before your service is due to commence, we will process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method.
Accuracy of medical information
Accuracy of the medical information you provide to SOLE Foot Clinic is entirely your responsibility. If any details change, it is your responsibility to update SOLE Foot Clinic with the new details. If no new details are voluntarily offered to us at future services, we will assume that your medical condition is unchanged from your original consultation form.
Medical conditions can be aggravated by services that we offer. We strongly encourage our clients to be open and transparent with their medical information so we can advise on alternative services, not restricted to SOLE Foot Clinic , if required.
Late Arrivals
To remain fair and courteous to our clients & patients we encourage being on time for your appointment. If you’re late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule or alter your service in the interest of the next person.
Durations Of Appointments
The number of minutes we have listed next to each service on the website and any other places is a guidance only. The service may last longer or shorter depending on factors including, but not limited to, the conditions of your nails ect.

Decline of appointments
We reserve the right to reject your appointments entirely at our own discretion. Reasons for rejecting your appointment include, but are not limited to, previous instance(s) of no shows, repeated instances of lateness, abusive behaviour.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The value of a gift card is equivalent to its purchase value and can be treated as cash.
Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed towards the transaction value of all services and non-sale products in the clinic. In order to redeem gift cards against services, new customers must be prepared to sign my consultation form and all customers must be prepared to comply with the terms and conditions of SOLE Foot Clinic. The gift card can only be used once and must be sacrificed to SOLE Foot Clinic on use. Change will not be given where the value of the transaction is less than the value of the gift card. If the transaction value exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. If the transaction value is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining amount will be added to your account for future use. No fees or charges apply to gift cards. Gift cards are valid only for users who are 16 years of age or older.
Gift cards will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift cards may be purchased in values of £10, £20, £30 or £50, or other such values SOLE Foot Clinic may determine. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gifts cards may not be exchanged for cash, reloaded or resold in any circumstances.
Risk of Loss
Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. SOLE Foot Clinic will not accept liability if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. SOLE Foot Clinic will not accept liability for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any gift card.
Change of Terms
SOLE Foot Clinic reserves the right to change these gift card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. SOLE Foot Clinic reserves the right to withdraw gift cards at any time and for any reason. SOLE Foot Clinic will then use reasonable effort to make arrangements for gift cards to continue to be accepted for a reasonable period of time after withdrawal.
Children & Age Restrictions
You will be asked for your date of birth @ SOLE Foot Clinic prior to your first service with us. You must provide your date of birth as a legal requirement otherwise We won’t be able to fulfil your service. We have the following age restrictions in place:

NO CHILDREN ALLOWED unless visiting for a foot clinic appointment, accompanied by a parent or guardian.

14 to 16 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the service. No other children are allowed in the clinic at the time of service. The parent or guardian must fill in our permission and consultation forms.

We do not perform gel services on under 16s.

All under 18s will require signed permission from a parent or legal guardian.
ID will be required if we feel it is needed to meet any of the age restrictions mentioned. If ID can not be submitted, we will not be able to perform the service at that time. Services can then be booked for another time when ID can be provided. The ID must be a standard government issue with holographic mark such as a passport or a driving license.
If an appointment has been booked online, but you can not give confirmation of your age if required to do so prior to your service, your service will be rejected and we reserve the right to charge you the amount remaining of your booking balance by way of your online payment method.
Protocol Commitment/Sterilization and Cleaning
SOLE Clinic is committed to help eliminate risk of infection, bacteria growth, and contamination. All instruments are sterilized, and disposable items are always discarded after use.
Proper sterilization and decontamination are achieved on all instruments by utilizing an Embio autoclave. The autoclave is a machine which uses steam under pressure to kill harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores. Cleaning of the basins and surrounding area is completed after each client. Towels are cleaned following each use. The Foot Spa is cleaned daily, and I follow proper sanitation protocol to ensure your safety is never compromised.

For as long as you remain signed up to SOLE email marketing, you will be eligible to receive special offers for products and services in SOLE Foot Clinic . We reserve the right to determine these offers and change them at any time.
Change of Terms
We reserve the right to change any and all benefits of email promotions at my own discretion and without prior notice to you. We reserve the right to discontinue any part of our email promotions at our discretion.
