Service Description
We offer a range of treatments to suit patients individual needs and requirements. On your first visit we will take you through a full case history and to discuss your needs and goals which you want to achieve. Once the assessment has been carried out and the condition has been identified treatment will then be provided. After treatment has been given, and where time allows, we will also provide a gentle foot massage using moisturising and hydrating foot care creams. This will help to improve circulation, muscle tension and overall improved foot mobility. In addition, the patient will be informed on the next steps to take and how to prevent future problems. IMPORTANT NOTE Please be aware that all nail polish and/or nail gel will need to be removed before any foot health appointment. We can provide this service at an additional cost £ 10.00 Gel Polish £ 5.00 Regular Polish We will always try and address all of your needs, but multiple feet problems may require additional sessions. *Medical history exploration *Foot needs assessment *Treatment plan agreed *Feet cleanse *Toenail trim & file *Hard skin removal and reduction (including softener application) *Corn removal *Thickened nail reduction *Ingrown toenail advice & management *Fungal nail intervention *Mini foot massage with urea nourishing foot lotion Foot Health Practitioners (FHP) can refer the patient to the GP and / or Podiatrist for further assessment if there is clinical indication to do so. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations We reserve the right to request a deposit or full payment for any new booking made online, whether taken over the phone or in our clinic. We reserve the right to determine the size of these deposits on a case by case basis entirely at our own discretion. The size of the deposit can be anywhere up to 100% of the sales value of the services required. Deposits are non-refundable. If you change your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we will move your deposit to your new time. If you change or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your allocated time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain your deposit in full. If for any reason SOLE needs to make modifications to your booked services – changes including, but not limited to, changing the date/time of your reservation or changing to a similar service – you have the option to reject the proposed change(s). We will then process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method. If for any reason SOLE Foot Clinic cancels your service at any time before your service is due to commence, we will process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method.
